NuReBharat Digital Delivery & Returns Policy
This Digital Delivery & Returns Policy outlines the terms governing the delivery, cancellation, and return of digital products and services purchased through the NuRe Bharat SuperApp or captive portal (collectively referred to as “Platform”).
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies exclusively to digital services offered via:
- NuRe Bharat captive portal
- NuRe Bharat SuperApp and its integrated services
Covered categories include:
- OTT subscriptions and bundles
- Wi-Fi recharge plans and top-ups
- Video-on-Demand (VOD) content
- Event or travel ticket bookings
- eLearning access or any digital service activated on user account
2. Delivery of Digital Services
a. Instant or Scheduled Activation
- Most digital services (e.g., recharges, subscriptions, tickets) are activated immediately upon successful payment.
- In some cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to third-party processing.
b. Confirmation and Receipt
- Users receive digital confirmation via SMS, email, or in-app notification.
- Order status and service details can be tracked under the “My Orders” or “My Services” section.
3. Returns and Refunds Policy
a. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital goods, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable once activated:
- Wi-Fi plans
- OTT subscriptions
- Video-on-Demand content
- Tickets (subject to third-party cancellation rules)
b. Refunds in Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be initiated only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple orders
- Failure to activate the service due to system or network error
- Incorrect digital product delivered due to platform error
Refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
c. Refund Process & Timelines
- Requests must be submitted via the SuperApp Help section or emailed to support@nurebharat.com
- Refunds (once approved) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as platform credits
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before activation of the digital service.
- Once activated, cancellations are not possible.
5. Third-Party Services
Some services are delivered by verified third-party providers. In such cases:
- NuRe Bharat acts as a facilitator, and
- The refund/cancellation policy of the third-party provider will apply
We help resolve any issues jointly with the provider on your behalf.
6. User Responsibility
- Ensure correct mobile number, account details, and product selection before purchase
- Refunds will not be entertained for user errors or post-activation dissatisfaction unless due to technical failure
