Welcome to NuRe Bharat. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, captive portal, Wi-Fi services, or any affiliated digital platforms (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. These Terms govern your use of the Services, and you should read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NuRe Bharat platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided through our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have legal parental/guardian consent if under 18. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and are not barred from using them under any applicable laws.

3. Scope of Services

NuRe Bharat provides:

  • Free public Wi-Fi access at partner railway stations
  • A SuperApp integrating access to entertainment, government services, travel booking, news, payment gateways, and more
  • Captive portal access for Wi-Fi user authentication and advertisement delivery

The Services are intended for personal and lawful use only.

4. Data Privacy, Security & Compliance

  • NuRe Bharat is fully committed to protecting user data in compliance with applicable laws of the land in the respective geography.
  • All data collected—such as device IDs, usage logs, network behaviour, and location—is encrypted, anonymized, and used solely for analytics, service optimization, and targeted communication. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Wi-Fi Usage Policy

  • Wi-Fi access is provided under RailTel’s public Wi-Fi program in collaboration with NuRe Bharat.
  • By connecting, you agree not to engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activity such as:
    • Accessing unauthorized systems
    • Uploading or downloading pirated content
    • Conducting phishing, spamming, or DDoS attacks
    • Violating any applicable cyber laws of India
  • Bandwidth usage is monitored and may be throttled to ensure fair usage.

SuperApp Access and Third-Party Services

  • The SuperApp acts as an aggregator for services provided by third parties. We make no warranties on behalf of third-party platforms and are not liable for service interruptions, payment failures, or data handling practices of those entities.
  • Any third-party links or content accessed via our platform are governed by their own privacy and security policies.

7. Content, Advertisements & Revenue Sharing

  • The NuRe Bharat captive portal and app may display sponsored advertisements.
  • These may be contextual and derived from user metadata. No personally identifiable information is sold.
  • Revenue generated through such ads contributes to maintaining the free Wi-Fi services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, content, code, and visual elements of NuRe Bharat (including the SuperApp, captive portal, and branded materials) are owned by 3i Infotech or its licensors.
  • You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without explicit authorization.

9. User Conduct and Restrictions

  • You agree not to:
    • Reverse-engineer any platform feature
    • Tamper with security protocols
    • Impersonate others
    • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or incites hate

Violation of this section may lead to immediate termination of services and reporting to legal authorities.

10. Service Interruptions and Limitations

  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We make no guarantees of uninterrupted access and are not responsible for downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or external failures (e.g., ISP disruptions, acts of God).
  • We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Modifications and Updates

We may revise these Terms and associated policies periodically. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
